Abstract

ÃÖ±Ù º´¿øÁ¶Á÷Àº °æ¿µÈ¯°æÀÇ ±Þ°ÝÇÑ º¯È­¿Í Ä¡¿­ÇÑ °æÀï ¼Ó¿¡¼­ »ýÁ¸ÇÏ°í »ç¸íÀ» ¿Ï¼öÇØ ³ª¾Æ°¡±â À§ÇØ ±â¾÷ÀÇ °æ¿µ±â¹ýµéÀ» µµÀÔÇÏ¿© È°¿ëÇÏ°í ÀÖ´Ù. ÀÌ·¯ÇÑ º´¿øÁ¶Á÷ÀÇ °æ¿µÈ¯°æ º¯È­ ¼Ó¿¡¼­ °æÀï±â°üµé »çÀÌ¿¡¼­ Àü·«Àû °æÀï¿ìÀ§ÀÇ È®º¸´Â ¸Å¿ì Áß¿äÇÑ °úÁ¦ÀÌ´Ù(À¯½ÂÈì, 1998).
Á¶Á÷ÀÇ Àü·«À» °èȹÇÏ°í ºÐ¼®ÇÏ´Â °ÍÀº µÎ °¡ÁöÀÇ Ãø¸é¿¡¼­ ÀÌÇØµÇ¾î ¿Ô´Ù. ù°, Á¶Á÷ÀÌ Âü¿©ÇÏ°í ÀÖ´Â »ê¾÷°ú ½ÃÀå¿¡ °ü·ÃµÈ ¼Ó¼º°ú Ư¼ºÀ» ³ªÅ¸³»´Â Ãø¸éÀÌ°í, µÑ°, ÇØ´ç »ç¾÷ÀÇ °æÀïÀûÀÎ »óÅÂ¿Í Àü·«Àû ÁöÀ§¸¦ ³ªÅ¸³»´Â Ãø¸éÀÌ´Ù. ±×·¯¹Ç·Î »ê¾÷ ¹× ½ÃÀåÀÇ °íÀ¯ÇÑ Æ¯¼ºÀ» ÆľÇÇÏ¿© ÁÖ¿ä °æÀï¿äÀÎÀ» ºÐ¼®ÇÏ´Â °ÍÀº Àü·«°æ¿µÀ» À§ÇØ ÇʼöÀûÀ̶ó ÇÒ ¼ö Àִµ¥ À̸¦ À§ÇÑ À¯¿ëÇÑ ¹æ¹ýÀ¸·Î Çٽɼº°ø¿äÀÎ(Critical Success Factors)ÀÌ È°¿ëµÇ°í ÀÖ´Ù(ÇѸ¸È£, 1998).
Çٽɼº°ø¿äÀÎÀ̶õ Á¶Á÷¸ñÇ¥¸¦ ¼º°øÀûÀ¸·Î ´Þ¼ºÇÏ°í ¸¸Á·ÇÒ ¸¸ÇÑ ¼º°ú¸¦ È®º¸ÇÏ´Â µ¥ À־ Àý´ëÀûÀ¸·Î ÇÊ¿äÇÑ ¼Ò¼öÀÇ ÇÙ½ÉÀûÀÎ ¿ä¼Ò¿Í ¿ä±¸Á¶°ÇÀ» ÀǹÌÇÏ´Â °ÍÀ¸·Î(Bullen & Rockart, 1986), Á¶Á÷ÀÇ Çٽɼº°ø¿äÀÎÀ» È®ÀÎÇÏ¿´´Ù´Â °ÍÀº Á¶Á÷ÀÌ Á¶Á÷ÀÇ ¸ñÇ¥¸¦ ´Þ¼ºÇϱâ À§Çؼ­ ¹Ýµå½Ã ÇÊ¿äÇÑ ¿äÀÎÀÌ ¹«¾ùÀÎÁö¸¦ ÆľÇÇß´Ù´Â °ÍÀ» ÀǹÌÇϸç, Á¶Á÷Àº ÀÌ·¯ÇÑ ÇʼöÀû ¿äÀο¡ Àü³äÇÔÀ¸·Î½á º¸´Ù È¿À²ÀûÀ¸·Î ¼º°ú¸¦ ³ôÀÏ ¼ö ÀÖ´Ù.

Purpose: This study was designed to describe the Critical Success Factors (CSF) of nursing organization perceived by hospital nurses.

Method: Data was collected from 12 nurses who were working in the university affiliated medical center in Seoul using interview. To analyze data, content analysis was done.

Results: The Critical Success Factors (CSF) of nursing organizations perceived by hospital nurses was classified into 5 categories. The 5 categories (the expectation of nurses¡¯ clients, The awareness economic value that nurses perform work, efficient nurses¡¯ work process, attractive nurses¡¯ work conditions, nurses¡¯ grow into professional) include 21 themes and 53 significant statements.

Conclusions: The result of this study may be helpful in the strategic performance management of nursing organizations.
